NDC’s Joshua Alabi’s junior brother leads 30 landguards to butcher pastor, church members

A notorious landguard leader operating within the Tema metropolis. Daniel Alabi popularly known as ‘Blowman‘ has been arrested by the Klagon Police after leading 30 machomen landguards to inflict deep cutlass wounds on a pastor and his church members over a land dispute in Community 9.

The victim, Reverend Ebenezer Arthur of the Agape Restoration Church is currently on admission at Danpong Medical center on the Spintex Road.

‘Blowman’, who is a younger brother of NDC flagbearer hopeful Prof Joshua Alabi led his landguards numbering 30 to the disputed land area in Tema Community 9 wielding cutlasses and guns when the pastor, Reverend Ebenezer Arthur of the Agape Restoration Church and his members were on the land to inspect some project.

According to his (Reverend Ebenezer Arthur’s) statement to the police, the accused accosted them on the land and parked his car behind his (Pastor’s) own car to ostensibly prevent him from moving out. At the time, Blowman Alabi had come with only about 7 men.

Reverend Arthur sensing danger asked that Blowman’ moved his car from behind him so he could leave, but he refused, asking him who gave him the authority to be on the land.

With this, Blowman kicked the pastor down and signaled his boys to come over, by which time the pastor got on his feet and started running for his life.

Blowman then whistled hard and some more men emerged from a nearby uncompleted building armed with cutlasses. The first man who run to reach the pastor attempted to hit his head with the cutlass by throwing it hard.

The Agape Restoration Church is building an auditorium on the land with the approval of the Tema Development Corporation (TDC) who own the land.

Blowman Alabi, however, said the land belongs to him leading him to order his men to attack the pastor.
