Mr.Ibus daughter causes stir in social media after divorce

Ms. Jasmine Okafor, the daughter of Nollywood actor Mr. John Okafor, also known as Mr. Ibu, is in the news after pictures of the clothes she wore to a friend’s party went viral.

Remember that Ms. Okafor and her husband just broke up after being married for nine months?

In February 2022, Ms. Okafor said that she met her boyfriend, who lived in the US at the time, on the popular video-sharing site TikTok.

She had said that the man had flown all the way from the United States to Nigeria just to ask her to marry him, and that he was planning to get married almost right away.

But in less than a year after they got married, their relationship fell apart like a bad deck of cards.

The comedian’s daughter said that her husband lied to her, because he didn’t tell her about his three grown children from his first marriage.
