Most Ghanaian youth are money concious – Officer Chastises

Operations Officer for Dext Technology Master Michael Asante Afrifa has lamented over the soaring rate at which  most Ghanaian youth are chasing after money.

Speaking on the sidelines during the holding of a program dubbed “IGNITE 6.0 EVENT” at Asokore Mampong in Ashanti region under the auspices of facilitators of No Business as Usual (NBU) Project, he underlined that the current attitudinal posture assumed by the youth vis-a-vis money acquisition within the shortest possible time has stifled their employability growth.

Per his explanation, most youth by nature are unwilling to prioritise the building of their value in whatever job environment they find themselves.

“Ghanaian youth are so money conscious that they moment you employ them, they are expecting to be paid” he indicated in an interview with THE PRESS RADIO

Master Afrifa Michael was quick to chastise that “focusing on money instead of building value restrains growth and puts one in a position that hinders him from earning much money. Money is the by-product of value provided so if one does not provide people with value they will not give you their money”.

Speaking to over hundred youth of Asokore Mampong who partook in ” IGNITE 6.0 EVENT “, one of the speakers who is the CEO for Cooperate Advantage Mr. Ohene Darko challenged participants to focus on networking instead of money acquisition.

Youth aspiring to owe their own business should connect themselves to opportunities and individuals

who are within their dream line and tap inspirations from them.
