Menzgold delivers good news to investors after meeting SEC over legal tussle

The executives of Menzgold has finally met with the Securities and Exchange Commission to deliberate on how to resolve the ongoing legal tussle between the minerals regulator and the gold dealing company owned by Nana Appiah Mensah.

From what Ghpage.com has gathered, the Executives of Menzgold and the SEC met today and Menzgold proceeded to deliver all the documents demanded by SEC.


Although sources say the Securities and Exchange Commission is yet to go through the document to ensure their validity, there is the belief that things are already looking bright.

Menzgold in its letter dated 18th September 2018 assure customers to resume work on 28th Sept after postponing from the 19th, it is not clear if the SEC can work with the timeline Menzgold as at now.

But the most important that has given investors a flicker of hope is the fact that NAM1 and his executives have met the SEC to iron out their differences and trust and confidence is back on the table.
