Meet the VIDEO:Menzgold customer who invested GHC850,000 with the company

A worried Menzgold investor has revealed on Dwaso Nsem on Adom with Osei Bonsu that he has invested an amount of GHS850,000 which is 8.5 Billion Old Cedis with Nana Appiah Mensah’s Menzgold and he is desperate because of his inability to access his money.

According to the man, he was looking for an investment schemed to invest his money in and a friend introduced him to Menzgold.

He joined Menzgold and months down the line, his money has been locked up.

The man went on to recount the hardship he has been thrown into. He pleaded with the government to step in and help retrieve the customer’s money for them.

Already, Concerned Menzgold Investors have revealed they will be going on a demonstration on Wednesday 27th November 2018 to put pressure the government to help get their money from Menzgold.

In a letter dated 7th September 2018, the Securities and Exchanges Commission ordered Menzgold to cease taking in new deposits.

According to SEC, Menzgold has violated operational permit and they should surround their documents to the authorities for investigation. Up to date, Menzgold has not given even a single document to the SEC or Bank of Ghana.
