Man, 24, found dead in Dambai

The sad incident was confirmed by Emmanuel Mawuli Atali, the Assembly Member for Dambai Lakeside, in an interview with the Ghana News Agency (GNA).

According to Atali, the deceased had previously attempted self-harm twice and was rescued by community members.

The Assembly Member revealed that the deceased’s younger brother had been asked by Mawunyo Ayite to visit him the next day on his way to school.

“When the student arrived, he called his brother but received no response. Upon entering the room, he discovered his brother’s lifeless body and raised the alarm, prompting community members to rush to the scene,” Atali added.

He stated that upon the discovery of the body, the community immediately alerted the Krachi East Police Command for the necessary action.
