Oba Elegushi’s extravagant wristwatch collection worth N1.9 billion

The collection is said to be worth a total of N1.9 billion. It includes a Backes and Stauss Berkey Renaissance 43 watch worth N95.5m, a Frank Muller that cost N177m, a Rolex watch worth N135m, a Patek Philippe that cost him N118m, and a Backes and Stauss Piccadilly Renaissance worth N39m.

He also has a Rolex Sky-Dweller Everose-Gold watch for N113m, a Richard Mille for N304m, and an Apple watch for N950m.

Oba Elegushi’s collection of luxury watches has sparked reactions from Nigerians on social media. While some have pointed out his love for such accessories and his ability to afford them, others have criticised his failure to support people in need.
