There is currently a heavy security presence at the National Assembly complex as Senators and members of the House of Representatives begin to arrive at the Green Chamber where the joint session will take place.
The Federal Executive Council (FEC) on Monday, December 16 approved an estimated expenditure of N47.96 trillion for the 2025 fiscal year.
Senate President Godswill Akpabio will preside over the joint session together with the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Abbas Tajudeen.
