LIVESTREAMED: Ghana vs Benin (WAFU ZONE B Girls Cup)

The Black Maidens of Ghana have kicked off their WAFU Zone B U-17 Girls Championship campaign with a match against Benin at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre in Prampram, Accra, Ghana.

This marks the inaugural edition of the tournament, hosted by Ghana from December 12 to 26, 2024. The championship serves as preparation for the 2025 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup qualifiers.

Ghana has been drawn into Group A, alongside Benin and Burkina Faso.

Currently, the Maidens are leading 2-0 against Benin, thanks to early goals from Priscilla Mensah and Christiana Ahiaku.
