Like Akufo-Addo, you will come and say ‘Thank You’ to us after December 7 – Twifo chief to Bawumia

The Paramount Chief of Twifo Mampong in the Twifo Ati Morkwaa Constituency, Obrempong Appiah Nuamah II, has predicted that NPP Presidential Candidate Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia will win the upcoming December 7 elections.

Recalling his earlier prediction of Nana Akufo-Addo’s victory, Obrempong Nuamah stated, “Today I am also sitting here and telling you that after December 7 you will also come and say thank you to us in this palace.”

This remark was made during Dr. Bawumia’s visit to the chief’s palace as part of his 5-day campaign tour of the Central Region on September 20, 2024.

Describing Dr. Bawumia as “one of the best Vice Presidents and leaders Ghana has ever had,” the chief urged Ghanaians to support the NPP flagbearer, asserting that “his works speak for themselves.”

He acknowledged the government’s achievements, stating, “Your work is visible everywhere. Though you have not been able to do everything, you have shown that when given the opportunity, you can do many major things.”
