‘Let me take over your fanbase if you retire’ – Ruger begs Wizkid

Nigerian singer Michael Adebayo Olayinka better known as Ruger has requested permission from his senior colleague Wizkid to assume his fan base upon his retirement.

On Saturday, November 16, 2024, Ruger submitted this request using his X account.

He hopes to inherit the fan following in the event that Wizkid quits recording and his son Zion loses interest as well.

He wrote, “@wizkidayo if you ever decide to not do music again, and Zion no wan do music Slsef, pls write my name Ruger as the person to inherit your fanbase in your music will.”

Wizkid has not responded to Ruger’s request as of yet however, some of Wizkid’s fans have responded.
