Kwame Ahenfie narrates how he met, became friends with LilWin

Popular Kumawood actor Kwame Ahenfie has shared details about his close bond with fellow actor Kwadwo Nkansah, popularly known as LilWin.

During an interview on the latest episode of the Delay Show, Kwame Ahenfie recalled how he met LilWin after Senior High School when the latter was still a rising actor.

The diminutive actor recalled how they would go to events together where they showcased their talents and shared the compensation.

“It was the era of Azonto, and I was good at dancing it. I crossed paths with LilWin right after my high school days. At that time, he was also starting in acting.

LilWin would invite me to accompany him to events. If there was compensation, he would give me some money to get food so we could eat together and our friendship just grew from there,” he told show host Deloris Frimpong Manso.

Since then, LilWin has gone on to become one of the biggest names in the entertainment industry in Ghana. Kwame Ahenfie has also made a name for himself in both acting and dancing.

When asked how long they’ve been friends, Kwame Ahenfie said he could not recall, stating, “We’ve been friends for so long; back then, LilWin didn’t own a car.”
