Kwahu Festival: Winners of Kasahare rap battle receive GHS 5k, phones

The Kasahare rap battle at this year’s Adom Kwahu Easter Festival ended on a high note, with top performers walking away with cash prizes and electronic gadgets worth thousands of cedis.

After a fiercely contested lyrical showdown, Kweku Wina lived true to his name and emerged winner of the battle.

He was rewarded with a brand-new HMD-Nokia phone and cash prize of GHS 2,500.

His commanding delivery and punchlines wowed both judges and the cheering crowd.

Danito, who came in second, received a high-quality headphone set and GHS 1,500 in recognition of his impressive run throughout the competition.

The remaining finalists were not left out, as they collectively received GHS 1,000 to celebrate their participation.

The Kasahare battle continues to be a major highlight of the festival, providing a platform for young rappers to shine while rewarding their creativity and talent.
