Yaa Jackson is in the news for the wrong reasons once again – This time she has been spotted smoking in a nightclub with friends Kumawood actress turned musician Maame Yaa Jackson has come to be known as a controversial person due to social media lifestyle. Since she became popular for her music, not a week has passed without something negative being reported about her. The latest to have come from Yaa Jackson’s camp is a video of her smoking and having fun in a nightclub.

In the video sighted by YEN.com.gh, the teen star was spotted in the club with some girls believed to be her friends. Jackson and her friends were heard chatting about relationships with guys and how they were bent on getting some (boyfriends) on the day. Moments after their chat, the actress turned singer was seen with shisha tube in her mouth with smoke all over her head.

Interestingly, the smoking of shisha, which is also known as water pipe tobacco, is supposed to be illegal.

It is not known if Yaa Jackson is aware of the Food and Drugs Authority’s ban on shisha but from the video, she seemed to really enjoy it. The actress-singer, daughter of a popular Kumawood movie director, Jackson K. Bentum, burst onto the scene as a child actor alongside her contemporary, Maame Serwaa, over 10 years ago. Yaa Jackson, who went off the screens for some time, bounced back strongly as a singer and has gained a lot of notoriety for such behaviour.

She was once in the news for claiming to have dated and dumped an MP who was old enough to be her father. While Jackson had once disclosed her age to be 17 years, her father after receiving backlash on social media for allowing such behaviour from his young daughter came to state she was 19 rather. But whatever the case may be, she is still a teenager and a final year senior high school student who is supposed to be writing her WASSCE.
