The body of a 13-year-old boy has been found in flood waters at Santasi on Friday, 7 September 2018, bringing the death toll to seven in the Ashanti Region, reports Class FM’s regional correspondent, John Essien.
Six persons were earlier killed by floods that resulted from heavy rains on Thursday, 6 September.
The victims, believed to be from the same family, were swept away by the flood waters at Esereso Attafuah as they drove home in their small car along a broken bridge across the Ankonim River.
