Kotoko troll Hearts of Oak for unveiling ‘tie and dye’ jerseys

A Hearts player models the new home jersey

Moments after Accra Hearts of Oak unveiled their home and away Umbro kits for the 2021/2022 season, fierce rivals Kumasi Asante Kotoko have taken to their social media handle to troll them.

Asante Kotoko through their twitter handle have described the Accra Hearts of Oak home kit as batik tie and dye a popular local cloth design with splashing colours.

The unveiling ceremony was held at the plush World Trade Center with board chairman Togbe Afede XIV, the top management, players and technical team all present.

Not much change has been added to the new home kit but its a rainbow designed shirt with some blue arrows interspersed with yellow and red colours.

While the away jersey is predominantly white with arrows of red, blue and yellow scattered in front of the jersey.
