KNUST’s Prof Rita Akosua Dickson to be named Bawumia’s running mate?
US-based Vlogger Kevin Taylor has alleged that Vice Chancellor of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) Prof Rita Akosua Dickson is set to be named running mate of the NPP’s flagbearer, Dr Bawumia.
The US-Ghanaian journalist wrote on his X timeline that barring any last-minute changes, the academic may end on the ticket as running mate.
“Baring (sic) any last minute changes Rita Akosua Dickson, Vice Chancellor of KNUST is expected to be named running mate of Dr Bawumia,” he wrote.

The academic hails from the Ashanti Region where she attended St. Monica’s Secondary school at Asante Mampong and Worships at the Amakom branch of a popular church.
