KNUST Police Inspector falls to death infront of his house in Kumasi

Inspector Eric Ohene Asiedu of the Ghana Police Service is reported dead after falling into a drain right infront of his house in Kumasi.

The policeman who is a service driver with the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science Technology (KNUST) District Police Command, fell out from night duty at 6.00 hours on Tuesday.

When he got to his house and was crossing over a drain, he slipped and fell into the drain. He became unconscious hence he was rushed to the Global Mission Hospital at Apromase but was pronounced dead on arrival by the Medical Officer in charge Dr Theophilus Budu Arthur

The body has been deposited at the Aniniwaa Hospital Morgue pending autopsy.
