JUST IN: Sacked Asante Kotoko coach Akunnor returns

Former Head Coach of Asante C. K. Akonnor has on Thursday morning handed over the club properties in his custody to the Management of the club month after leaving the club.

Akonnor, who coached the club from October 2018 to July 2019, returned his official car, a Nissan Pathfinder, the keys to his Asokwa residence plus his report and handed it to the Greater Accra Representative of the club Nana Kwame Danquah.

C.K Akonnor left the club after refusing a role as the technical director of following the appointment of Kjetil Zachariassen.

The coach is now waiting for the club to compensate him before he officially part ways with the club.
