JUST IN: Gov’t set to TAX Facebook Groups from May – Finance Minister

Social media for a century has increased in population and it has a wide of users joining each day. For this reason, Government has decided to make money from it.

Information reaching our desk indicates that, the section of Government in charge of Economics is planning on taxing Facebook groups through internet usage in order to boost the economy.

With an explanation,Facebook run advertisement on every users page and timeline so Government has planned to have agreement with Facebook to receive a percentage of their earning from any user who is a Ghanaian to gain better economy.

Ghana is one of the Commonwealth country that depends on borrowing which is killing the country’s economy.
