‘Industry Machine!’ – Sista Afia sparks new Twitter clash with Efia Odo

In a fresh round of verbal sparring, Sista Afia has launched a scathing attack on her rival, Efia Odo, on Twitter.

The two, caught up in a renewed bout of their feud, engaged in a heated exchange after a Twitter user’s post sparked a confrontation between them.

The controversy started when a tweep shared a provocative bikini photo of Sista Afia, prompting followers to guess the celebrity.

Among the responses, a popular Twitter influencer jokingly suggested it was Efia Odo.

Efia Odo took offense, finding it disrespectful to be mistaken for Sista Afia or compared to her physically.

She promptly responded to the tweep, demanding not to be disrespected in such a manner again.

“Don’t ever disrespect me like this. I beg you,” she wrote.

Equally displeased by Efia Odo’s reaction, Sista Afia retaliated with a cutting remark.

She labeled her an “industry machine,” explicitly stating, “Industry Machine STFUP!!!”

This description alludes to criticism of Efia Odo’s alleged habit of associating with multiple male artistes, most recently promoting King Promise’s bid for ‘Artiste of the Year’ during and after the VGMAs.

Background

Sista Afia and Efia Odo’s animosity dates back to 2019 when the former accused the latter of sleeping with men for money, triggering a bitter social media exchange.

Efia Odo also repeatedly body-shamed Sista Afia in a deeply provocative manner.

Tensions escalated further when a physical altercation nearly occurred on the premises of TV3, subsequently resolved with an apology during a live reconciliation on United Showbiz in 2020.

Despite this public attempt at reconciliation, the relationship between Sista Afia and Efia Odo remains fraught, with no signs of reconciliation.
