I have two more months to leave Zylofon Media – Stonebwoy reveals

Bhim Nation’s Emperor General, Stonebwoy has finally let the cat out of the bag on speculation about the time left for him on his Zylofon Music contract after he joined the label in 2017.

The AFRIMMA best Africa ragga, reggae and dancehall artist of the Year 2018 has stated categorically that he has just about one to two months left on the label.

Even though he admits he has this very short time to leave the once very flourishing label, Stonebwoy was quick to add that the people at the helm of affairs at the organization, including its owner, Nana Appiah Mensah will always remain very close to his heart.

Stonebwoy also added in the quick chat with Zionfelix on the ‘Uncut’ show that all his fans and music lovers should bear mind that it was a mutual break up and nothing personal. He stressed that everyone out there is totally aware that before Zylofon Music came onto the scenes, he was already doing some good work as Stonebwoy, which will continue now that he is about to depart from the label.

He is set to host an ‘Independence Day Concert’ on his Birthday, March 5. The concert is slated to take place at the Labadi Beach Hotel and forms it forms part of Labadi Beach Hotel’s Entertainment offering to its patrons and the general public as we commemorate the Year of Return and Ghana’s 62nd Independence anniversary.

The event starts at 6:00 pm prompt till midnight and will feature other acts such as the Bhim Band, sensational Afrobeats artiste, Kelvynboy, fast rising artiste, OV (winner of MTN Hitmaker 2018) and DJ Justice, all of the Burniton Music Group, a record label owned by Livingstone Etse Satekla, popularly known as Stonebwoy.
