How Fella Makafui reacted to a resurfaced video of her and Medikal dancing

Actress Fella Makafui was recently seen becoming emotional while watching an old video of herself with Medikal, her former partner.

It can be recalled that in April 2024, Medikal announced that he had separated from Fella Makafui and that they were now co-parenting their daughter, Island Frimpong.

After the split, Medikal also modified a tattoo originally dedicated to Fella.

During a live interview on the Prime Morning show on Joy Prime on May 3, 2024, to promote her upcoming movie ‘Resonance,’ Fella Makafui saw the old video.

The clip, which showed the duo dancing to Medikal’s music, was a throwback to happier times early in their marriage.

A visibly shaken Fella could be seen with teary eyes as she watched the video.

Fella, however, declined to discuss her past relationship or the separation, instead expressing her intent to focus on her acting career and film production.

“I know a lot of people are watching this show, and I want everyone to notice my hard work and the efforts put into this project,” she said.

Meanwhile, Medikal successfully held a sold-out concert at the Indigo O2 arena in the United Kingdom on the night of May 3, 2024.

He was joined by several other Ghanaian artistes including Shatta Wale, Sarkodie, and Sister Derby who ensured the night was an unforgettable experience.
