How are prophets saying different things about the election from the same God?

Media personality Serwaa Amihere has raised concerns about how some prophets in the country give varying prophecies about the pending 2024 general elections.

The GhOne journalist bemoaned why prophets are not consistent with their claims regarding the general elections, with some of them giving conflicting predictions.

Serwaa suggested that these prophecies are worrying, considering the fact that they are coming from God, who is deemed to be consistent and trustworthy.

“While the prayer was ongoing, this is what God told me. Because of his [Mahama’s] good heart, God has returned the country into his hands, Rev. Owusu Bempah said when John Mahama met the clergy.

“How are prophets saying different things about the election from the same God? Asem B3n Koraaa ni …” she wrote on X.

This statement follows Prophet Owusu Bempah laying hands on Mahama and praying for him during the NDC’s meeting with the clergy on October 1, 2024.

During the prayer, the prophet claimed that due to Mahama’s kind heart, God would favor him and grant his wish to become president for a second term.

Meanwhile, Owusu Bempah had said earlier that there was no way Mahama would become president of Ghana again, according to what God revealed to him.

The inconsistencies have led to criticisms from a section of the public.
