Hilda Baci responds to criticism over her no makeup look in a video with her brother

Guinness World Record holder Chef Hilda Effiong Bassey better known as Hilda Baci, has addressed criticism on social media for her makeup-free appearance in a video with her brother.

The celebrity chef was shown dancing in the video with her older brother, who is a singer, Gillian Baci. Her brother composed a song for her and invited her to dance.

Nonetheless, a lot of internet people thought Hilda looked terrible in the video and advised her to apply makeup all the time.

Hilda Baci posted on her verified Instagram page to address the criticism directed at her no makeup appearance while dancing with her brother.

Although she acknowledged that she was being called ugly in the video, she clarified that in her own lexicon, ugly meant something else.

She wrote, “U.G,L.Y men’s U – Unique, G- Gifted, L – Lovable and Y – You.”
