GOIL Board: Meet the new team steering Ghana’s oil giant

The board of GOIL PLC has been reconstituted following the reassignment of Edward Bawa as the Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Officer.

Prominent among the new appointments is Wonder Victor Kutor, a lawyer and management consultant.

His nomination was confirmed in a letter from the Presidency, formalizing his role in shaping the future of Ghana’s leading oil marketing company.

Edward Abambire Bawa stated that his reassignment is part of President John Dramani Mahama’s broader strategy for the energy sector.
