She couldn’t stop crying during an interview with H-Metro.

“I’m in pain, and no matter how many times my parents take me to local clinics, general hospitals, and private hospitals, my body doesn’t get better.

“I’m now mentally upset because I’m not getting better.

“It started with a blister and then spread to my whole body.

“It’s bothering me now because my parents took me to different spiritual healers who told us that a snake was bothering me.

“Sometimes I have dreams that a snake in a bush is going to attack me.

“The same snake keeps showing up in my dreams, and I keep fighting it.

“Many prophets told my parents the same story, but none of them said who owned the snake.

“Different people have told me different things, but my situation hasn’t changed.”

No one wants to play with her, she said.

“I’m now alone and my schoolwork is in danger.

“I hope I’ll get better someday. I kindly ask for any help that can help me get better.

“My parents don’t have enough money to talk to people who say they can help me.”

Tongesai Mudende, her father, is sure that a snake is making his daughter unhappy.

“A number of spiritual healers have refused to tell me what’s wrong.

“It hurts me a lot.

“I even tried to get her help from a doctor, but the medicine isn’t helping.

“I can’t work because I don’t have enough money,” mombe dzangu dzese dzakafa nguva yatekeshera zvirwere.

“I wish I could find someone who could help me. Those who can save my daughter, please do so.

“This problem is spiritual, that’s how I see it.
