Ghana’s one-year-old world-record holder receives official GWR certificate

Weeks back, it emerged that another Ghanaian had bagged a Guinness World Record (GWR) after the record-holder’s mother provided communication between herself and GWR at a press conference in Accra.

GWR subsequently published an official piece on one-year-old son, Ace-Liam Nana Sam Ankrah who is currently the youngest artist (male) in the world.

At the May 14, 2024, press conference, Ace-Liam’s mother Chantelle, displayed a confirmation letter from GWR that read in part: “We are thrilled to inform you that your application for Youngest artist (male) has been successful and you are now the Guinness World Records Title Holder!”

New photos shared online have shown the record-holder posing with his official GWR certificate.

Ace-Liam is spotted wearing all white top and down with white socks and footwear to match.

His mother posted three photos of her one-year-old son on her official X handle on June 3 with the following caption:

“We’re thrilled to release of the official photos of my son Ace-Liam, the Guinness World Record holder for the Youngest Artist at just one year old, 152 days!

Ace-Liam’s record attempt occurred in Accra between January 18 and January 20, 2024.

The previous record holder, Dante Lamb, achieved the feat at the age of three in 2003.

On May 22, GWR officially posted about the new Ghanaian record-holder on their website in a story authored by Vassiliki Bakogianni.
