Ghanaians choose Zanetor over Ursula as first female president

Ghanaians on social media have made their choice on which woman they would want to lead Ghana as president.

There have been calls from certain quarters who believe it’s about time Ghana had her first female president.

YEN.com.gh therefore put out a poll on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 asking Ghanaians to choose between Ursula Owusu Ekuful and Zanetor Rawlings.

While many people held that both women are qualified to be President of Ghana, majority decided in favour of Zanetor Rawlings.

Zanetor is the Member of Parliament (MP) for the Klottey Korley constituency, while Ursula is the legislator for Ablekuma West Constituency.

At the end of the poll, 75% of Ghanaians chose Zanetor, with only 25% picking Ursula as their choice for female president.
