Ghana has a long way to go due to bad leadership – Rickett Hagan

National Democratic Congress (NDC) Member of Parliament for Cape Coast South, Kweku Rickets Hagan, says Ghana at the moment does not have right leaders.

He believes Ghana is not yet in the 21st century because it lacks leadership.

Speaking on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen Tuesday, the NDC flagbearer hopeful said Ghana’s leaders are dishonest and he believes all that hinders the developmental growth in the country.

“Ghana is still in the 20th century. I don’t see it in the 21st century because we lack the right leaders who are supposed to drive the nation forward. I will blame both NDC and NPP for all that” he said.

Mr Rickets Hagan believes a country like Ghana should have been better developed than currently is the case.

A situation he says he will change when he becomes the President of Ghana adding that governance and leadership were critical to Ghana’s development and therefore should not be taken for granted.
