Ghana and South Africa finally agrees visa free waiver for it’s citizens

The Republic of Ghana and the Republic of South Africa have finally agreed to a visa free waiver for its citizens.

In this visa free agreement, Ghanaian citizens and South African citizens with ordinary passports will have the opportunity to travel to both countries for 90days in each year without a visa.

In a statement issued by Ghana foreign and affair ministry, Both countries have agreed in a visa waiver agreement.

According to the statement, the visa free agreement will take effect from 1st November, 2023.

Travelers departing, transiting through both countries can stay in both countries for 90days without working.
