Fatal Crash: 6 dead, 42 in critical condition

Six persons including a police officer, have lost their lives in a fatal accident which occurred in the early hours of Wednesday, 26 December 2018.

The crash occurred around 2:30 am on the Accra-Kumasi highway.

A VIP bus with registration number GT 4531 – 15 rammed into a damaged articulated truck with registration number GS 3099 – 10 which had been parked on the side of the road at Suhum in the Eastern Region.

The bodies of the deceased have been deposited at the Suhum Government Hospital and the 42 injured victims rushed to the same facility for treatment.
