Dreams FC teenager Abdul Aziz Issah joins FC Barcelona

Ghanaian teenager, Abdul Aziz Issah has completed a move to Spanish side FC Barcelona.

Dreams Football Club announced the transfer of the talented attacker in a notice on social media on Monday, September 2.

“Dreams FC announces the transfer of Abdul Aziz Issah to Spanish giants FC Barcelona. The 18-year-old finalized his move on transfer deadline day,” the Ghana Premier League club said in a post on X.

The Ghanaian teenager was adjudged by CAF as one of the best youngsters on the continent and emerged top scorer in last season’s Confederation Cup.

In last season’s CAF Confederation Cup competition, the entertaining player scored four goals and provided two assists in 10 games to help Dreams reach a historic semi-final berth in the African club competition.

Abdul Aziz Issah’s move to one of the biggest clubs in the world represents a massive milestone in the history of Dreams FC and a big win for Ghana football.

He has become the second Ghanaian player to sign for FC Barcelona this summer.

The other player is David Oduro who joined FC Barcelona from Accra Lions last week.
