Afro-Arab Properties Unveils Interest-Free Housing Plan with Free Electric Cars for Ramadan

Ambassador Alhaji Salamu Amadu, President of the Afro-Arab Group, has announced a groundbreaking initiative aimed at reducing Ghana’s housing deficit while promoting sustainability.

Speaking in an interview, he revealed that Afro-Arab Properties is offering an interest-free payment plan for homebuyers, allowing them to buy a house and pay within five years without interest. As part of this exclusive Ramadan offer, buyers will also receive a free electric car.

He emphasized that this initiative, the first of its kind in the real estate sector, is designed to benefit low-income earners by making homeownership more accessible.

“As part of Afro-Arab Properties’ vision to address the housing deficit in Ghana and beyond, we believe this initiative will be well received by those in the low-income bracket,” Ambassador Alhaji Salamu Amadu stated.

Additionally, he announced that customers who opt for outright payments will enjoy up to a 10% discount and still receive a free electric car as part of the promotion.

Reacting to the initiative, youth advocate Samuel Ofori commended Afro-Arab Properties, emphasizing the significance of the offer.

“Initiatives like this bring hope to the teeming youth because we can acquire our dream homes and pay within five years without interest. In fact, this is the first time I’m hearing about such an offer in my life. The most interesting thing is that they will give you a free electric car,” he stated.

He also used the opportunity to call on the Government of Ghana to support businesses like Afro-Arab Properties, which is Ghanaian-owned, to build more houses and expand their impact on the housing sector.

Afro-Arab Properties, a key player in Ghana’s real estate sector, was also among the companies that bid for the Saglemi Housing Project, further demonstrating its commitment to providing affordable housing solutions.
