Don Jazzy shares photo with Rema amid rumours of terminating contract

Music executive and CEO of Mavins Records, Don Jazzy, has refuted rumours that Rema’s deal with one of the top record companies in Nigeria and Mavins Records has come to an end after sharing a photo of them.

There have been rumours circulating that Rema had split from Mavins and its offshoot, Jonzing World, under the management of D’Prince, Don Jazzy’s brother.

Don Jazzy made a subdued statement regarding Rema’s alleged departure from Mavins Records in a recent online post.

Don Jazzy shared a picture of Rema and him with Tega Oghenejobo, the Chief Operating Officer of Mavins captioning it “Mavins in Paris.”

Even after Don Jazzy refuted the allegations, several online users questioned Rema’s connection to the Mavins label.

Rema is signed to two record labels and is managed by two individuals. D’Prince, the head of Jonzing World stated in an interview that many hands were on deck to manage Rema because he was not a small artist.
