PHOTOS: Disaster looms Abirem R/C primary school

The country may witness another disaster if the dilapidated school building of Abirem Primary/ JHS in the Kwabre East Municipality of the Ashanti region is not reconstructed entirely.
Angel News’ Owusu Banahene who visited the school reported that the building is very old and was hit by rainstorm which ripped off its roofing sheets leaving some other woods hanging over the classrooms.
This dangerous situation have made students and teaching staff in the school very uncomfortable especially anytime little wind suggesting forthcoming rain start to blow.
The School’s Management Committee Chairman (SMC), Nana Ohemeng Manu also told Angel News that the disaster threat school building makes them very scared, and has pleaded to the government and other philanthropists to come to their aid.
