DDT to perform live today to Close, World Youth summit 2020 Event

 

 

 

The World Youth Summit, a Non-Profit Organization registered and based in South Africa. It is currently represented in 33 countries across the globe with the vision to make real social impact on the society at global level accordingly with the ethical world standard which will influence the growth capacity of the youth through education into future leaders, visionaries and real decision makers.

 

This year’s summit was hosted in Ghana. It commenced on the 26th of June on the theme “Rewiring Progress of foundational behavioural changes for the sustainability of the world.” And also Varied topics of entrepreneurship and diaspora matters were on the agenda. Over 500 young people from across the globe debated on matters that affect the youth and the world at large.

 

The 3-day programme started with a simulation of six (6) diversified committees of the United Nations, comprising Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), UN WOMEN, African Union (AU), Union for Mediterranean (UFM), United Nations Commission on Population and Development (UNCPD) and UNDP.

 

Delegates were also provided an opportunity to improve their skills in many domains such as teamwork, negotiation, leadership and public speaking while motivating them to activate and participate in the UN’s Agenda 2030.

 

Today marks the climax of the programme, which there will be a tour of Accra, a cultural night and gala dinner.

 

Ghana’s very own David Nyameba Tepretu well known as DDT, one of the fastest Ghanaian activist , will be rocking the stage with amazing live performance, which is going to turn the event on, you can’t afford to miss this program, it wouldl be a live streaming show on their social media handles to enable each and everyone to enjoy the show.
