Dauda Mohammed laments debut defeat at Vitesse

Dauda Mohammed has bemoaned the defeat on his debut for Vitesse in the Dutch Eredivisie.

Vitesse suffered a 2-1 defeat at the hands of Groningen on Sunday.

The former Ghana U20 striker came on to replace Algerian attacker Oussama Darfalou but could do little to help his side avoid defeat at the Hitachi Capital Mobility Stadium.

“It was really exciting to make my first appearance for a wonderful club Vitesse Arnhem but it’s quite unfortunate the result wasn’t good. We will keep on fighting ???????? Still Believe ?????,” he tweeted.

Dauda is on loan at Vitesse from Belgian giants Anderlecht.

The 21-year-old as part of his developmental process was sent on loan after struggling for playing time at the Belgian Club.
