Crowd gathers at Torkpo in Joyous mood to welcome Dr. James Klutsey Avedzi

On Tuesday 29th, September, 2020 Dr. James Klutsey Avedzi, the member of Parliament and the Parliamentary Candidate for the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Ketu North municipality storms Torkpo near Tadzawu to Campaign for his re-election bid and the second coming of the flagbearer of the largest opposition party, Mr. John Dramani Mahama.

Although we were expecting the social distancing norms to be on a toss when the huge crowd gathered to welcome the Member of parliament for the area, we understands the electorates are hungry for change of government hence in their masks and observing the protocols.

As per images, people can be seen standing next to each other wearing their masks and observing the social distancing norms that have been imposed by the Ruling New Patriotic Party Government on account of the novel coronavirus outbreak.

Mr. Avedzi, who used the opportunity to explain the details of the NDC’S PEOPLE’S MANIFESTO to his electorates in their local language appealed to the resident to continue to support the NDC.

The Vibrant youth Organizer of the Ndc in the Ketu North municipality, Hon. Daniel Hamenu ( CHICA), Says although the electoral commission is in bed with the ruling Npp to suppress voters in the strong hold of the Ndc, he is just happy and pleased with how thousands of the youths are buying into the ideas and philosophies of the NDC’S PEOPLE’S MANIFESTO.
