Coach Yusif Abubakar claims to be in the dark over Hearts of Oak job

Former Aduana Stars Coach Yusif Abubakar says he is unaware of any approach from Accra Hearts of Oak following his sacking from the Ghana Premier League Champions.

Coach Yussif Abubakar was sacked from Aduana on Tuesday despite leading the club to Premier League glory and the group stages of the CAF Champions League.

Following his sacking from Aduana, the former Hearts of Lions Coach has been linked with Accra Hearts of Oak, a club he previously managed.

”There is nothing like that, I have not sign any contract with Hearts of Oak. No one has contacted me from Hearts of Oak. The report Is not true that” He told footballmadeinghana.com.

Meanwhile, the experienced gaffer refused to talk about the reason for his sack at Aduana.

“I don’t want to talk about that. I respect the decision of the club very well. The club is a big family , I wish them well.”

Yussif Abubakar has consistently being linked with Accra Hearts of Oak and it is likely he will be rejoining the Phobians who are without a substantive manager.
