‘Clout chasers’ – Video of Soma, Angel holding hands amid breakup rumours spark controversy

Former Big Brother Naija housemates Soma and Angel Smith have caused a stir after they were seen holding hands and having fun together at a recent event following recent speculations of breakup.

There were rumours that the BBNaija couple had broken up. They haven’t, however, formally said whether or not their relationship has ended.

In a recent development, the couple was spotted holding hands, dancing to music, and wearing matching jerseys at a social event.

Some were happy to see them back together, while others thought their split was just a publicity gimmick.

Recall that the dup sparked breakup rumours after Angel unfollowed Soma on social media.

Responding to their breakup rumours on her X page, Angel said that she had been a victim of cyberbullying since 2021 and that the people who were circulating them were tormenting her.

She asserted that people ought to accept their decision, even if they had broken up.

Angel and Soma found love in each other during the Big Brother Naija All Stars edition, a fusion of past housemates.

The pair defied all odds and stood by each other showering one another with care and affection, eventually winning over their fans’ hearts.
