Christ Apostolic Church pastor commits suicide

Evangelical Christ Apostolic Church at Subinso II, a farming Community at Wenchi Municipality in the Brong Ahafo region are grieving after their head pastor committed suicide.

The pastor John Derry, 75 reportedly shot himself dead on Wednesday October 10, 2018 at about 6: 00 am at in a village called Odiifo- Akura near river Kyiridi in the Wench Municipality.

It is unclear what instigated the s alleged abominable act.

In the outpour of sorrow and tears, many also recounted Pastor John Derry’s calm nature and good deeds as well as his prophetic prowess.

As of the time of filing this report, the police had visited the crime scene and conveyed the body to the morgue at the Wenchi Methodist Hospital morgue for autopsy whiles investigation continues.
