Daniel Okyem Aboagye, the incumbent Member of Parliament for Bantama in the Ashanti Region has been trolled by Ghanaians on social media after he lost his re-election bid in the NPP parliamentary primaries held today, June 20, 2020.
According to some Ghanaians, his inability to develop his constituency since he got into parliament was the reason for his ‘massive loss’.
The MP who is noted for ‘Am I chop chop?’ statement was defeated by his opponent, Francis Asenso-Boakye by a number of 334 votes, out of the total of 578 votes cast.
