Sammy Gyamfi, who is in charge of communications for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), got married today, December 21.

The NDC spokesperson said his wedding vows to Irene Amankwaa Karikari in front of the party’s top leaders at a ceremony filled with cheers and joy.

John Dramani Mahama, the 2020 candidate for the NDC, and Professor Nana Jane Opoku Agyemang, his running mate, were among the important people who attended the private ceremony.

Valerie Sawyerr, the former Chief of Staff, also went to the event. Since it was a party, she wore all white.

Johnson Asiedu Nketia, the newly elected National Chairman of the party, and Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo, the Chairman before him, were also there to mark the event.
