Chattogram Abahan coach declares Prince Tagoe unfit to start games

 

Head coach for Chattogram Abahan, Maruful Haque has shared that former Ghanaian International Prince Tagoe is not fit to start matches for his side.

The ex-Black Stars striker recently completed a transfer to the Bangladeshi top-flight side ahead of the start of the new. Though they have been engaged in a cup tournament, Tagoe is yet to feature in any game.

Reports have indicated that Coach Maruful Haque has not been impressed with the display of the player at training in the past week.

Speaking in an interview, Chattogram Abahan manager has said that Prince Tagoe is not really fit to start matches.

“He is not really fit to start matches”, the gaffer said.

Additional reports have revealed that some of the technical team and players are questioning why Prince Tagoe was recruited in the first place.

A player who has not been enthused by the addition of the Ghanaian shared, “Any local African player, playing on hire, could have been a better option than him. Due to him, we lost a valuable foreign player quota.”
