My tweet wasn’t directed to Sarkodie -Strongman Burner

Ghanaian hip hop and Afro-pop artiste, Osei Kwaku Vincent popularly known as Strongman Burner has disclosed that his tweet that went viral was not directed to his former boss, Sarkodie.

According to Strongman, his tweet was a troll to Manchester United and not to the BET Award winner.

“I am a Chelsea fan so obviously I would not expect Man U to go any level above us. I was happy at the label.

They did everything they had to for me. Manchester United fans have been jubilating when Ole Gunnar Solskjaer took the mantle from Jose Mourinho, but the team was not doing well as they used to when the former began coaching.

I was happy at the label. They did everything they had to for me”, he disclosed.

Strongman also stated that Sarkodie and Sarkcess Music was very helpful with his music career and is very grateful to him.

He added that Ghanaians were expecting a lot from their team but their expectations weren’t met.

“Sark is very big and most of them were also thinking I am a good artist and so if the two of us are working together we should be able to give them something more. I don’t know.

Since we were not able to meet their expectation they are a bit disappointed but we tried our best”, he added.

On 14th April, Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie through his social media handle disclosed that Strongman’s contract with his record label has ended.

Sarkodie described the journey of working with Strongman as priceless and a remarkable one.

He also was grateful for working with him, wished him well in all his future endeavours and promised to be of any assistance should his services be needed.

However, Strongman before the announcement by Sarkodie took to Twitter to send an indirect message to his boss.

He tweeted; “Most good footballers turn to be bad coaches. Don’t be deceived”. This was an indirect message but Ghanaians believed it was directed to Sarkodie.
