V/R: Boy, Two Months dumped in an uncompleted building

The Akatsi South police Command and the Assembly member for the lower Fiato Electoral Area in the Akatsi South constituency of the Volta Region are desperately searching for the mum of a baby who was found dumped.

 

The little boy, only about 2 months old, was discovered in an uncompleted building in Akatsi Avetite on Wednesday night.

 

The Little boy is being taken care of at Akatsi District hospital after being found at midnight on Wednesday.

 

The Assemblymember, Mr. Victus Kportufe shares the pictures of the little boy on Facebook and WhatsApp platforms

 

He added: “My residents have just found a baby boy abandoned in an isolated area in Akatsi Avetite.

 

“If you know the baby, the mother, or anything please contact the police. The baby is ok but might not have been if he wasn’t found!

 

 

 

Mr. Japhet Festus Gbede who also shared the pictures of the newly found baby on his official Facebook page said; “Can’t imagine what goes through the mother’s head or what her circumstances are to have to come to this decision. The mother needs to be found!.
