I was mocked but God didn’t shame us – Selly Galley says at twins christening

Ghanaian actress, Selly Galley-Fiawoo has spoken about the challenges she and her husband faced on their journey to childbirth at the celebration of the christening of their twins on Saturday, August 31.

The actress expressed gratitude to God for blessing their family with twins after nine years of waiting to conceive after they got married.

Selly shared the love story between herself and Praye Tietia, reflecting on the past experiences of ridicule on social media because they were unable to produce a family.

“Last year, I cried a lot, but it is all to the glory of God. About sixteen years ago, this man met me and his life changed.

I am the most special thing that has ever happened to him. But here we are so much in love, blessed and lacking something special.

“The bond that we know this is what completes us and our love and it was nine difficult years, but God did not shame us.

I had been mocked on social media several times. The comments were hard to ignore, here we are, blessed with twins.”
