Rihanna shares snippet of new music for ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’

Barbadian Popstar and beauty mogul, Rihanna is dropping a new song for the Black Panther sequel, Wakanda Forever.

The new single “Lift Me Up” from the upcoming Marvel sequel Black Panther: Wakanda Forever will be released on October 28, 2022.

The song was written by Nigerian singer-songwriter Tems, Oscar-winning composer Ludwig Göransson, Rihanna and “Black Panther” director Ryan Coogler as a tribute to actor Chadwick Boseman, who died in November 2020 after a years-long battle with colon cancer.

The ‘Umbrella’ hitmaker has finally released a sound for her fans, who have been constantly begging her for new music for years and speculating on when it’s coming.

This marks the first new music from the wealthiest female musician, since her hiatus from music in 2016.
