Carjackers involved in Stonebwoy’s road manager’s car theft reportedly nabbed

In a significant breakthrough, the Ghana Police has reportedly apprehended three individuals suspected of car snatching and successfully recovered three stolen vehicles.

Among the recovered vehicles is a Mercedes-Benz C300, recently stolen from the road manager of renowned Dancehall musician Stonebwoy in East Legon.

As reported by Accra-based Angel TV on August 27, 2024, the suspects, identified as Peter Amuzu (alias Master P), Ibrahim (alias Dawah), and Isaac Eshun, were arrested at different locations: Accra, Tamale, and Takoradi, respectively.

Despite being stolen in Accra, all three vehicles were found in Tamale.

Peter Amuzu, the alleged ringleader, orchestrated the thefts and facilitated the quick transfer of the stolen vehicles to Tamale with the assistance of his accomplices.

Notably, Amuzu had previously been arrested on suspicion of carjacking five years ago, but the case did not proceed.

The suspects are currently in police custody and are expected to be arraigned in court soon.
